Long-Term Protection for Construction Projects

The 10-year construction warranty insurance provides protection for developers, builders, property owners, architects, and anyone involved in a construction project against structural defects and construction-related damages.

In accordance with Spanish Law 38/1999 of 5 November (Building Regulations Act), this insurance is mandatory and must be arranged before the commencement of foundation works. Since 6 May 2000, it has been a legal requirement for certain construction projects in Spain.
